Zenegra Action Mechanism
Zenegra functions as phosphodiesterase type5 (PDE-5) enzyme inhibitor and works by complimenting release of Nitric Oxide that dilates muscles and allows flow of blood to penile region. Zenegra also increases cGMP level in blood which in turn increases inflow of blood to penile region, promoting erection of penis and sustaining it.
Zenegra Dosage
Zenegra is an oral medication and usually administered with water. The standard suggested dosage of Zenegra for normal individuals is 100 mg to be taken at least 1 hour prior to sexual activity and should be taken just once in a day. Zenegra Precaution
Zenegra is not recommended after high fat meals or alcohol and also if you are allergic to sildenafil citrate.
Avoid intake of nitrates or medicines containing nitrates along with Zenegra.
Do not take Zenegra if you suffering from leukemia, sickle cell anemia, bleeding disorder or stomach ulcers or previously had high blood pressure, heart ailments and kidney or Liver disorders.

Common side effects of Zenegra include headache, nasal congestion, warmth or redness in face, neck or chest, back pain or abdominal pain.
Serious side effects of Zenegra that require urgent medical assistance include irregular heartbeat, chest pain, difficulty in breathing, light-headedness, sudden loss of vision, blurred vision, pain spreading to arm or shoulder, tinnitus or sudden hearing loss, swollen hands, ankles or feet and painful or prolonged (lasts 4 hours or longer) penile erection.
