Xenical Action Mechanism
Xenical is reversible inhibitor of gastrointestinal lipases and exerts its activity in lumen of stomach and small intestine by forming a bond with gastric and pancreatic lipases. Xenical Dosage
The usual recommended dosage of Xenical is one 120-mg capsule taken three times a day with each main meal containing some fat (not more than 30% of total calories of that meal). Xenical Precaution
Avoid Xenical if you are allergic to orlistat or suffer from gallbladder complications or chronic malabsorption syndrome.
