Penegra Action Mechanism
Penegra functions as inhibitor of enzyme phosphodiesterase type5 (PDE-5), thereby promoting the production of cyclic guanoyl monophosphatase (cGMP) which increases blood supply to penis. As a result, Penegra relaxes smooth muscles in penile region, causing opening of arteries in penis and resulting in erection.
Penegra Dosage
Consult your health care professional before taking Penegra as its dosage depends upon your age and medical history. Penegra tablets should be consumed with water, at least 40 minutes to one hour prior to sexual act. Usual initial Penegra dose is 50 mg (100 mg is also recommended in some cases) and generally recommended only one per day.
Penegra Precaution
Penegra is not recommended for use in women and children and also if you are allergic to sildenafil citrate.
Avoid high fat meals, alcohol and intake of nitrates or medicines containing nitrates along with Penegra.
